About us

Our Story

At Seedgrowth Accessibility, we believe that inclusion is a strength.

With 20 years of experience at Procter & Gamble, Amaury Marchandise chose to put his expertise to work for ambitious companies on an international scale.

In 2020, in association with Nicolas Thiebaut and Amaury Janssen, he founded Seedgrowth, with the mission of supporting companies in their international expansion.

A significant encounter profoundly raises his awareness of the realities of disability, leading him to actively engage in the creation of an association that he currently presides over.

The aim of this initiative is to raise awareness in the professional world about the various forms of disability and to promote the integration of people with disabilities.

Confronted with numerous barriers, particularly those related to the physical accessibility of locations, he becomes fully aware of the limitations that hinder real inclusion.

It is within this continuity that Seedgrowth Accessibility was born, a strategic partner for companies wishing to build a solid and sustainable inclusion project.

Through innovative technological solutions, the initiative aims to remove barriers to autonomy and promote the mobility of individuals with disabilities.

Today, a committed team, enriched by diverse backgrounds and complementary skills, is mobilizing to assist companies in sustainably integrating inclusion at the heart of their strategy, turning accessibility into a lever for differentiation and excellence.

Our support method

To develop your inclusion project, Seedgrowth accessibility implements its strategy in 6 steps.

1. Audit

Our experts will analyse your spaces, define a customised inclusion strategy and identify your accessibility needs, in line with your objectives and constraints.

2. Design with our technology partners

To ensure tailored solutions for your environment, we collaborate with innovative technology players, selected for the complementarity and performance of their solutions.Together, we design a customized project, intelligently combining the technologies of our partners: Navilens, StreetNav, Biped and Okeenea.

3. Implementation

We ensure the operational deployment of the selected solution, in accordance with the defined specifications. Once the solutions are installed, we carry out on-site usage tests and make the necessary adjustments to ensure optimal, sustainable, and suitable accessibility for all audiences. For testing phases in public venues, we involve users to gather their feedback and refine the arrangements based on their actual needs.

4. Training and awareness for your teams

As part of our approach to providing a fully operational solution, we train your teams in the use of the facilities provided, while raising their awareness of the challenges of mobility and disability. To enhance this process, we call on specialist associations where necessary to ensure a practical, human and expert approach.

5. Monitoring and continuous improvement

Our team will monitor and maintain your solution throughout the project. Together, we evaluate the results achieved against the objectives set. Thanks to feedback from users, improvements are made to optimise the experience and performance. Our partners are constantly developing their technologies, and our agility means we can quickly incorporate relevant suggestions to move your project forward.

6. Communication

We can help you define and implement your communications strategy, using digital media and the press. By highlighting your assets, your values and your brand image, your inclusion and accessibility strategy becomes a real lever for positive and engaging communication.
